The snow then diminishes slightly as it moves across the Tennessee and Ohio Valleys, before intensifying again in southern Virginia. In North Carolina, around Norfolk, Virginia, they might see 8 to 10 inches at the last moment. Snow showers are expected, with some likely on Thursday and Friday in Pennsylvania as the entire system gradually exits.
