Anticipate an early onset of spring sweeping across the majority of the U.S., bringing above-average March temperatures to the East Coast (excluding Florida), the eastern Ohio Valley, and the Great Lakes region. From the Deep South stretching up into Texas and Oklahoma, along the West Coast, and even as far as Alaska, warmer weather is on the horizon. Expect temperatures to trend near to below average in other areas. Canada, for the most part, will experience a month that is warmer than usual, with the exception of southern Ontario, the eastern Prairies, and the Northwest Territories.
